Return items within 30 days of delivery
I do not accept cancellations.
But do not hesitate to contact me in case of any problem with your order.
The following items cannot be returned given the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or customized orders
- Perishable products (e.g. food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate articles (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns conditions
The return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value is the responsibility of the buyer.
